Description

Six slices of whole grain toast are arranged in a floating composition, each topped with different fresh ingredients from grapefruit and berries to avocado slices and fried eggs. The illustration uses warm browns, soft greens, and bright pops of red and yellow against a pale neutral background, rendered in a playful hand-drawn style with loose watercolor-like strokes and small decorative splatters around each toast. About The Artist

As a Illustrator based in Orange County, I have worked in the book illustration industry for almost 10 years. I have had the privilege of illustrating for dozens of major companies around the globe such as Hachette, Hardie Grant, Papyrus, America Greeting, and many more! Much of my artwork is inspired by my favorite hobbies, such as cooking, hiking, gardening and traveling. When I am not buried in my illustration work, you can find my nose buried in a good book where I strive to keep up my tradition in reading over 100 books anually!
